About this role

As a Network and Systems Engineer at Neuralink, you will be responsible for the design, build, and operation of data center environments, including power and cooling systems. What you need

  • Hands-on experience with Cisco Catalyst, Arista, and enterprise wireless technologies
  • Experience building and supporting HPC or high-density compute environments

  • Experience with firewalls, SDWAN, and enterprise security technologies

  • Familiarity with Wave Division Multiplexing, Fiber Optics, GPON, and FTTH
  • Familiarity with cluster resource managers (Slurm, LSF, PBS)
  • Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V) and storage ecosystems (NAS/SAN, NFS/iSCSI)
  • Exposure to real-time systems and industrial telemetry networks
  • Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent data center certifications
