What you need
- 4+ years of experience in CLS/MLS or 4.5+ years with BS/BA in Biological Sciences or related field
- Current California State CLS or CGMBS license or MT/MTS/CLS certification from ASCP, AMT, or AAB
- Strong leadership skills
- Experience in a regulated environment (GMP, ISO, CLIA, CAP)
- Knowledge in Quality Control methods and documentation
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform laborious tasks
