What you need

  • 6+ years of experience supporting enterprise infrastructure and end-user compute environments
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, and identity management
  • Proven ability supporting Windows 10/11, macOS, endpoint security platforms, patch management solutions, and device lifecycle management
  • Experience administering Windows Server environments including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, file services, and certificate services
  • Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies including VMware vSphere, Horizon, ESXi, and virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI)
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, VLANs, VPN connectivity, routing, switching, wireless networking, DNS, DHCP, and firewall troubleshooting

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience building, deploying, and maintaining Windows workstation images, automated deployment solutions, endpoint configuration standards, and software packaging processes
  • Experience administering endpoint management platforms such as Intune, Autopilot, SCCM/MECM, Datto RMM, NinjaOne, or similar solutions
  • Experience supporting infrastructure projects, migrations, customer onboarding activities, and technical implementations
  • Industry certifications such as Microsoft, VMware, CompTIA, ITIL, or equivalent are preferred
