What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required
- 8+ years of experience leading Project Management teams within Professional Services, Systems Integration, Managed Services, Technology Consulting, or related organizations
- Experience managing Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and Project Coordinators
- Demonstrated success delivering complex technology implementation projects across multiple technical disciplines
- Strong knowledge of waterfall, hybrid, and agile project delivery methodologies
Nice to have
- Experience leading PMOs within a Systems Integrator, Value-Added Reseller (VAR), Managed Services Provider (MSP), or Technology Professional Services organization
- Experience delivering Data Center, Network & Security, Cloud, Collaboration, Field Services, or Enterprise Infrastructure projects
- Experience with PSA, ERP, and project management platforms such as NetSuite, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Jira, Monday.com, ConnectWise, or similar solutions
- Experience developing PMO governance frameworks and organizational project management maturity
- Experience with project financial management, forecasting, resource planning, and executive portfolio reporting
