What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive supply chain experience
- 5+ years leading and building supply chain teams and managing managers
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally aerospace or complex electromechanical production
- Proven success establishing supply chain operating models, processes, and KPIs
- Deep expertise in procurement, strategic sourcing, materials/production planning, and inventory management
