About this role
In this role, you will manage the Itemized Bill Review team, ensuring that production expectations and service level agreements (SLAs) are met while overseeing client communications. What you need
- 3+ years’ experience performing audits of itemized bills
- 2+ years’ experience in a leadership position
- Proven experience with healthcare industry software products and process development
- Strong project management and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong working knowledge of Windows office systems including full Microsoft Suite and Teams
