What you need

3–5 years of full-time work experience in consulting, data/analytics, marketing, advertising, finance, or tech
Strong analytical skills and experience presenting data-driven recommendations to clients
Hands-on AI literacy with regular use of AI tools for real work
Comfort with the terminal and tools like Claude Code or Gemini CLI
