What you need

3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within a consulting or professional services environment
Strong technical recruiting experience across AI, data engineering, analytics, data science, machine learning, and other specialized technical roles
Demonstrated success serving as a trusted talent advisor and building strong partnerships with hiring managers, business leaders, and technical stakeholders
Proven ability to independently manage multiple searches across functions, geographies, and levels while balancing competing priorities
Strong sourcing expertise with a track record of building diverse, high-quality candidate pipelines
Experience developing and improving recruiting processes and structured interview practices
