What you need
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or up to 2 years of Construction experience
- Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures of MEP systems and equipment
- Experience coordinating scopes, schedules, RFIs, change orders, and tracking project budgets and costs
- Ability to read and understand electrical, HVAC, plumbing, architectural, and civil plans and specifications
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
