What you need
- Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Systems Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to work constructively with other departments to gain consensus regarding requirements
- Excellent analytical, communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time, use hands to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and have close/color vision ability to adjust focus

- Aviation background and aircraft interior experience
- Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., 14 CFR Part 25, DO-160, DO-178C, DO-254, ARP4754)
- Experience using requirements management tools such as PTC Codebeamer software
- Working knowledge of aircraft engineering processes
