What you need
- PhD in molecular biology, biochemistry, chemistry or related fields
- More than 2 years of relevant experience in developing scalable NGS workflow in pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries
- Direct experience in designing customized library preps across different high-throughput sequencing platforms (Illumina and ONT)
- Broad molecular biology and microbiology knowledge
- Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in using and building both standard and customized bioinformatics pipeline
- Proficiency in at least one of the common programming languages (Python, R, Java)
Nice to have
- Experience with the high-throughput NGS library prep workflow for clinical samples
- Experience with cell-free protein expression
