What you need
- Strong experience building and operating production services in Python and/or Go
- Experience with at least one cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and core primitives (IAM, networking, compute)
- Experience building developer productivity tooling (CI systems, build tooling, developer portals, workflow automation)
- Track record leading ambiguous, cross-team technical projects to completion
- Strong communication and engineering judgment
