What you need
- 5+ years in print production, manufacturing, or digital print operations
- 2+ years leading teams
- Hands-on experience with digital printing, prepress, or color management in a high-volume production environment
- Proven ability to hold a daily production schedule and hit throughput and quality targets
- Strong front-line leadership skills
- Comfort working with Pre-Press, Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance to resolve day-to-day issues
