About this role

As a Behavior Technician at the Baldwin center, you will work closely with Clinical Supervisors to implement ABA therapy principles and collect data on behavior and skill acquisition. Your role involves managing learners, implementing behavior support plans, and ensuring a safe environment while maintaining confidentiality. You will also need to acquire and maintain your RBT credential within the first 90 days of employment.
