About this role
In this role, you will lead and evolve EBANX's global AML Compliance Program, ensuring it aligns with international regulatory requirements and the company's risk appetite. What you need
- AML Compliance experience in fintechs, global payments companies, or highly regulated organizations
- Proven experience leading international AML programs across multiple countries or regions
