What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- 8+ years of civil engineering experience with emphasis on site development related to energy projects, buildings, utility infrastructure, mission critical, or large-scale development projects
- Experience working within an A/E consulting environment or Civil Engineering design firm
- Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D
- Strong understanding of grading, drainage, stormwater management, and utility design
Nice to have
- Experience supporting renewable energy, solar, battery energy storage, transmission, distribution, or utility infrastructure projects
- Experience with data center site development and mission critical facilities
- Working knowledge of Hydraflow, HEC-RAS, Storm and Sanitary Sewer Analysis, or similar civil engineering software
- Familiarity with utility interconnection requirements and power delivery infrastructure
- Experience with GIS and ArcGIS applications
