About this role
As a Staff Machine Learning Engineer in the Search & Discovery team, you will design and build large-scale machine learning models and systems to enhance search relevance, ranking, and personalized product discovery. You will work with vast amounts of user interaction data, implement ML pipelines, and serve complex models in real-time to improve customer experiences. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior engineers will also be key aspects of your role.

What you need
