- 5-10 years of experience in process improvement or industrial engineering in manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce environments
- Understanding of warehouse design
- Experience in capacity planning, facility design, throughput, and maximum capacity estimation
- Experience in project roll-out for logistics facility design and construction
- Expertise in process improvement techniques such as Lean, Six Sigma, Material Flow, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and 7 Waste

- Fluency in both English and Korean for business communication
- Experience in process innovation within e-commerce or large-scale logistics networks
- Experience in implementing or optimizing logistics automation equipment
