What you need
- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including senior leadership roles
- Strong command of U.S. GAAP and internal controls
- Hands-on experience leading or owning the accounting design for an ERP implementation
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and scale accounting teams
- Strong executive presence and communication skills

- CPA and/or Big 4 public accounting background
