  • Demonstrated ability to build SOPs, preventive-maintenance routines, and training programs

  • Direct operating or technical experience with Domino digital inkjet systems, Nilpeter platforms, or Precision folder/gluers
  • Experience commissioning a new press or converting line
  • Experience with folding cartons, paperboard sleeves, and high-SKU production
  • Familiarity with OEE, CMMS, Lean manufacturing, and structured problem-solving methods
  • Experience with automated inspection, vision systems, or print-management software
