About this role

As a Senior Solution Engineer at Contentful, you will support customers in their digital transformation by collaborating closely with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle. Your responsibilities will include conducting technical discovery, delivering product presentations, designing solutions, and validating how Contentful can meet customer needs. You will also engage in onboarding, relationship building, and assist with RFIs and RFPs, all while contributing to the growth and direction of the Solution Engineering function.

What you need

5+ years experience of Solution Engineering experience selling SaaS or related industry experience selling to Marketing & Marketing-adjacent teams
Demonstrated proficiency in conveying technical and business knowledge to a mixed audience of business and technical stakeholders
Experience with Rest APIs

Nice to have

Experience working with a Content Management Platform or similar technology
Familiarity with web technologies (Javascript frameworks, static site generators, CDNs, CI/CD, etc), cloud technology, performance metrics and security
Experience with omnichannel digital delivery concepts (websites, emails, native mobile apps, etc.)
