About this role

What you need
- Four (4) years of experience in video telecommunications, VTC support, audiovisual technology, technical support, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated hands-on experience supporting VTC and/or enterprise audiovisual systems
- Experience troubleshooting conference room AV/VTC equipment and resolving technical issues
- Experience setting up, testing, operating, and supporting video conferencing sessions
- Experience coordinating or scheduling VTC sessions, conference rooms, or audiovisual resources
- Ability to diagnose audio, video, connectivity, hardware, and peripheral issues

- Additional certifications related to audiovisual technologies, unified communications, networking, video conferencing, or DoD cyber workforce requirements
