What you need
- 12+ years of experience in Insurance pricing
- Undergraduate degree in Actuarial Science or any other related field
- Deep subject matter expertise of actuarial pricing & reserving concepts
- Excellent communication skills including ability to convey clear information to manager and team members
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment, and consistently meet deadlines
- Ability to take ambiguous problems and solve them in a structured data-driven way
