What you need
- Bachelor's degree
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in product operations, program management, product management, or operations in a technology-enabled environment
- Experience supporting internal tools or operational software
- Ability to communicate effectively and manage change
- Proximity to the Houston metro area for hybrid work (4 days onsite)
