About this role
In this role, you will be part of the Support Foundations team, responsible for building and modernizing the infrastructure that supports member interactions at Chime. You will work on various systems, including contact center platforms, AI-powered self-service tools, and data observability, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the support experience. Your day-to-day tasks will involve designing, developing, and scaling backend implementations, as well as contributing to frontend features when necessary.

What you need
