About this role
As a Center-Based Behavior Technician at Life Skills Autism Academy, you will provide direct care to children with autism in both one-on-one and group settings. Your role involves implementing individualized treatment plans, collecting and summarizing client behavior data, assisting with parent training, and maintaining a safe therapy environment. You will also prepare materials and communicate progress to parents under the guidance of a BCBA.
