About this role
In this role as Commercial Counsel at Cast AI, you will be responsible for managing the entire commercial contracting process, which includes negotiating sales agreements, vendor agreements, and customer contracts. What you need
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Active bar membership in good standing in a relevant state
- Proven experience in tech transactions in both law firm and in-house settings
- Track record negotiating SaaS or commercial agreements, NDAs, customer agreements, SLAs, EULAs, subscription contracts, vendor agreements, and reseller agreements
