What you need
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- 12+ years of experience in hardware test, validation, or reliability engineering
- Demonstrated track record leading validation for complex electromechanical or electronic hardware products through mass production
- Hands-on experience applying AI/ML, statistical modeling, or simulation to optimize test strategy and reduce cycle time
- Deep expertise in environmental and reliability test methods and the standards that govern them
- Strong software/scripting skills (Python or similar) for test automation, data pipelines, and modeling tools
