What you need
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant quality-inspection experience
- Experience performing quality-control inspections using metrology equipment, hand tools, gauges, microscopes, or similar measurement devices
- Ability to read, interpret, and apply specifications, inspection criteria, control limits, and quality documentation
- Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, documentation discipline, and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer and software skills, with the ability to enter, maintain, and retrieve inspection data in electronic systems
- Ability to work in a warehouse or manufacturing environment and safely perform physical requirements, including prolonged standing, sitting, bending, using hands to handle tools and materials, lifting up to 25 pounds, and differentiating colors
Nice to have
- Knowledge of IPC-A-610 and/or IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards
- Experience operating a coordinate measuring machine (CMM)
