About this role
As an MSP Solutions Consultant at AvePoint, you will work closely with managed service providers to operationalize and enhance their use of AvePoint's MSP solutions. What you need
- At least 2 years of experience working within an MSP environment, including exposure to managing multiple customer tenants
- Approximately 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Microsoft 365 and/or Azure consulting, implementation or engineering
- Hands-on experience with at least one of the following areas: Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, Autopilot or cloud security
- Experience guiding customers or partners through implementation, operational change and adoption
- Ability to standardize policies, configurations or service baselines across multiple customer environments
- Strong consulting and stakeholder-management skills
Nice to have
- Recent Microsoft certifications such as MS-102, AZ-104, MS-700, or equivalent predecessor certifications
- Experience presenting, training, coaching or creating technical enablement content
- Experience building or improving managed-service propositions, operational runbooks or multi-tenant service standards
- Familiarity with IT governance, security, compliance or service-management principles
