The Executive Assistant will support two executives in the Client & Partner Development Team at Arcesium for a temporary 6-month assignment. Daily responsibilities include managing complex calendars across multiple time zones, arranging domestic and international travel, tracking expenses and budget deductions, coordinating team outings and client events, and assisting with various ad-hoc projects as needed.
