What you need
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret Security Clearance
- 7+ years’ experience in federal contracting capture and proposal management
- Strong knowledge of the federal acquisition process, including FAR-based procurements, RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, IDIQs, GWACs, BPAs, OTAs, and task order competitions
- Demonstrated experience developing competitive proposals and supporting successful proposal submissions
- Experience with GovWin, SAM.gov, Salesforce, CRM platforms, and federal market intelligence tools
Nice to have
- Formal capture and/or proposal management training from a recognized source (e.g., Shipley, Lohfeld, etc.)
- Membership in a recognized proposal professional organization (e.g., Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP))
- Experience using Artificial Intelligence to support the capture/proposal process
