What you need
- Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance
- Master’s degree and 6+ years of professional experience; or a bachelor’s degree and 11+ years of professional experience; or 16+ years of professional experience in lieu of a degree
- Experience developing professional and analytic deliverables and providing insights in support of technical, managerial, procedural, and project-related activities
- Experience supporting the onboarding and offboarding of civilian, senior civilian, and military personnel, including CAC and NIPR account requests and routing security clearance and ethics documentation
- Prior experience with correspondence management, task assignment and tracking, or Executive Secretariat-like functions within the U.S. Government

- Professional experience supporting the OSW or DoW
- Experience supporting senior-level government officials and knowledge of the structure and missions of the OSW and its Components
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
