What you need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Packaging, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
4+ years of experience delivering professional services and/or supporting ERP software solutions; experience within the printing or packaging industry strongly preferred.
Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across concurrent projects.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deliver clear, professional customer-facing presentations.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
Highly self-motivated and able to work independently while managing priorities across multiple customer engagements.

Nice to have

Fluency in Spanish or French.
Direct experience in the corrugated or folding carton industry.
Advanced familiarity with the capabilities and functionality of Amtech’s solutions.
Working knowledge of accounting principles as they relate to ERP systems (e.g., invoicing, costing, financial reporting).
