- Tertiary degree qualifications in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Facilities Management, Construction Management, Business or a relevant discipline, or equivalent commercial experience
- Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in contracts, commercial management, procurement, or a related discipline within construction, engineering, facilities management, property management or equivalent industry

- Demonstrated experience managing multiple vendors and service providers, including contract preparation, negotiation, administration, performance management and dispute resolution
