Position Overview
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join a small team making an exciting new game in the casual space. Join us and own projects, drive results and directly impact business performance of new and innovative game experiences.
As Senior Product Manager, you will work closely with a cross functional group to write product specifications and drive feature development. You will also design experiments, leverage analytics to identify problems and opportunities, and get buy-in on solutions.
What You'll Do
- Lead a team of cross functional developers to take features and initiatives from concept to launch.
- Report on feature performance and share learnings with the team as well as externally across the studio.
- Apply a hypothesis-based analytical approach and conduct experimentation.
- Develop expertise in core and domain specific metrics.
- Maintain focus on business goals and objectives while leading feature teams.
- Advocate for your team, your customers, and the business.
- Deliver detailed reporting on active experiments and game performance, distilling key observations into clear action plans that drive results.
- Work in a highly iterative and collaborative live game environment.
- Continuously strive to improve the business by playing the game, prioritizing feedback, and proactively pitching solutions and ideas.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in product management in live free-to-play video games, with experience in casual and dice games preferred.
- Ability to deconstruct competing feature sets and understand the market landscape.
- Able to propose efficient, goal focused features.
- Communicate effectively in large or small group settings and to senior management.
- Write and maintain product specifications.
- Adept at filtering and prioritizing large amounts of qualitative and quantitative feedback into digestible insights for the team and incorporating it into product requirements.
- Enjoy sharing meaningful takeaways that help other PMs and team members grow.
- Passion for games and crafting fun, compelling and exciting user experiences.
- Outstanding written/oral, organizational, analytical abilities, and attention to detail.

The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $108,900 and $161,160 per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards and eligibility to participate in our 401(K) plan and Employee Stock Purchase Program.
Regular, full-time employees are also eligible for a range of benefits at the Company, including: medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance coverage; 14 paid holidays per calendar year; paid vacation time per calendar year (ranging from 15 to 25 days) or eligibility to participate in the Company’s discretionary time off program; up to 10 paid sick days per calendar year; paid parental and compassionate leave; wellbeing programs for mental health and other wellness support; family planning support through Maven; commuter benefits; and reimbursements for fitness-related expenses.
