What the job really is
We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to build and scale our regional brand, ecosystem, and market presence in Japan, with a strong focus on communications, events, and market expansion.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can connect strategy with execution, and is excited to shape our APAC growth journey from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end marketing initiatives mainly in Japan, including PR, content, strategic communications, ecosystem partnerships, executive engagement, and high-impact events.
Drive regional market growth and brand presence through integrated marketing and ecosystem-building initiatives.
Support regional market expansion and go-to-market initiatives by working closely with regional and HQ cross-functional teams across product, business, and global marketing to accelerate market growth and enterprise adoption.
Translate global messaging into compelling localized product narratives and marketing materials.
Qualifications
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in field marketing and communications within B2B technology environments, with a strong background in Event, PR, content, and integrated marketing execution.
Solid understanding of enterprise go-to-market strategies.
Experience in B2B marketing, with prior exposure to AI, SaaS, cloud, or technology industries highly preferred.
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth, and cross-regional environments with strong ownership and execution capabilities.
Language Requirements
Communication skills: Native-level Japanese; business-level of English
