We are seeking an experienced and proactive Shipping Operations Manager to oversee shipping and loading processes, manage a team, and ensure timely and accurate delivery of our products. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop team members while promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence.
- Coordinate shipment schedules with manufacturing, sales, and customer service teams to support delivery commitments.
- Monitor workflow and staffing levels to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with plant leadership to prioritize shipments and align logistics activities with production schedules.
- Work with carriers, drivers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely product movement.
- Investigate and resolve shipping discrepancies, transportation issues, and customer delivery concerns.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and transportation regulations.
- Track performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
- Support inventory accuracy and material flow initiatives as needed.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; additional logistics, transportation, or supply chain education is a plus.

- Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Working knowledge of freight coordination, shipment scheduling, and warehouse operations.
