About The Role
We're looking for a Recruiter-Level 1 on behalf of our client. This is a 4-months contract assignment (W-2). You are an experienced Recruiter who thrives on the challenge of finding hard-to-find talent and building trusted relationships. In this role, you'll manage full-cycle recruitment across a variety of roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver top talent. You'll own everything from sourcing and screening to closing candidates—all while creating a positive, seamless experience for everyone involved. The position is based in Juno Beach, 5 days per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid-level positions, from intake through offer
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop sourcing plans
- Source candidates using advanced techniques (Boolean search, social media, referrals)
- Screen candidates for technical fit
- Facilitate structured interviews and ensure consistent evaluations
- Track metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness) and adjust strategies accordingly
- Negotiate offers aligned with market data and candidate expectations
- Source talent broadly and support hiring practices that ensure a diverse and productive workforce
- Contribute to employer brand through job postings and social engagement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1+ years of experience, ideally at agency and corporate
- Passion for sourcing and a proven ability to find and engage hard-to-reach talent
- Maintain relationship-building skills with hiring managers, candidates, and peers
- Experience with sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS systems)
