Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years of college OR 1 year of retail experience plus 1 year of supervisory experience OR 2 years of general work experience plus 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Successful completion of all job-required trainings and assessments.
- For facilities selling firearms: successful completion of a firearms-specific Criminal Background Check and Firearms Authorized Training.
- For facilities selling ammunition with state-specific requirements: a current state-issued Certificate of Eligibility may be required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
