Investment Banking Mentor at Wall Street Oasis
Wall Street Oasis (WSO) is expanding its Mentorship Program and is seeking exceptional professionals to join its esteemed roster of mentors. This role offers the opportunity to be part of an elite network dedicated to supporting students and young professionals in their pursuit of high-stakes careers in finance.
What You'll Do:
- 1-on-1 Coaching: Provide personalized mock interviews, resume critiques, and career advice to mentees.
- Cohort Guidance (Optional): Lead small groups through structured preparation sessions, focusing on Investment Banking and Private Equity recruiting cycles.
- Contribute to Content (Optional): Assist in enhancing financial modeling and interview preparation standards, and improving student-facing materials.
- Mentor With Purpose: Share real-world insights and high-quality feedback to empower mentees for success.
Who We're Looking For:
- Professionals with experience in Investment Banking or similar fields (PE, HF, S&T, etc.).
- Current or former Analysts, Associates, VPs, Principals, or Engagement Managers.
- Strong communicators with a genuine passion for mentoring and guiding others.
- Detail-oriented individuals capable of providing consistent, thoughtful, and actionable advice.

Compensation:
Our top mentors can earn $50K–$100K+ annually. Some mentors have earned $3K in a single week by qualifying as a head mentor within WSO Academy.
