Job Description
Freelance E-commerce Growth Operator – Shopify & TikTok Shop (Spain Market)
We are looking for an expert freelancer with a strategic and problem-solving mindset to scale an online store in a marketplace, with plans to open three more soon. We seek someone who can self-manage, demonstrating both freedom and discipline. We are not looking for a task-executor, but a strategist who will own the channel's profitability.
Main Responsibilities:
- Full Funnel Management (Meta & TikTok): Create and optimize prospecting campaigns (LAL) and aggressive retargeting for abandoned carts and new prospects.
- TikTok Shop Seller Center: Total management of promotions, coupons, and Spark Ads.
- Shopify Optimization: Configuration of prices, discount coupons, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
- Email Marketing: Implementation of retention flows and seasonal newsletters.
- Data Strategy: Monthly analysis of metrics by country/product with our Creative Director to adjust the marketing strategy.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience scaling B2C brands on Shopify.
- Advanced technical proficiency in Meta Ads and TikTok Shop Ads.
- Experience in Marketing and growth strategies.
- Financial analysis capabilities (use of tools like Sellerboard).
- Speed of execution and constant proactivity.
- Enthusiast of AI and E-commerce. Knowledge of 3PL Logistics.
