Role Overview
We’re looking for a performance marketer who thinks like a growth partner, not just an ads operator. You will own paid ads (Meta + Google), funnel optimization (DM → WhatsApp → booking), and campaign ideation based on our in-house content.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years in performance marketing (Meta + Google)
- Strong creative + analytical thinking
- Experience with lifestyle / events / hospitality brands
- Proven results (please share CPL / CPA / ROAS)
- Hands-on execution (not fully delegated)
- Proactive approach to testing & scaling
Project Details
- Retainer: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000/month
- Ad Spend: ₹1L – ₹1.5L/month
- Trial: 1–2 months
- Location: Remote (India)
Working Style
We value clarity, ownership, and responsiveness: You will be the primary point of contact. Weekly 30-min performance review call. Timely communication on campaign performance (especially issues). Shared live dashboard for transparency. We don’t micromanage—but we do expect accountability.
