Job Description
Data Entry Analyst
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Analyst to support electronic data transactions between our company and trading partners. You will handle data input & monitor data transmissions to ensure smooth business operations. This role is mainly responsible for data entry in regard to processing, entering and managing inbound purchase orders.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Enter data into company systems quickly and accurately.
- Process and manage incoming purchase orders.
- Check data to make sure it is correct and fix any errors.
- Work with other teams when needed.
- Help with setup and testing when required.
- Follow company rules for handling data.
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of EDI is helpful.
- Experience with ERP systems (like A2000) is a plus.
- Good attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to spot mistakes in data.
- Good communication skills.

- Able to work on your own and handle multiple tasks.
