Position Overview
12-week night shift assignment at Saint Francis Hospital Wilmington, DE.
Responsibilities
- Qualified and willing to float throughout the hospital and/or throughout multiple hospital locations and/or regions.
- Assesses, identifies outcomes, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care.
- Acts independently and appropriately within license, scope of knowledge, and experience.
- Retains accountability for delegation, choices, decisions, and outcomes.
- Collaborates with key stakeholders and contributes to quality and improvement practices.
- Exhibits agility and willingness to take on new and additional responsibilities.
- Embraces new ideas and cultural differences while managing competing priorities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice/employment.
- Minimum of two (2) years of recent clinical experience in Critical Care.
- Required to have and maintain credentials required per specialty area (e.g., ACLS, TNCC, etc.).
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS must be obtained through the American Heart Association.

Pay Range
$73.00 - $78.00 per hour (based on assignment option and shift). Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
