Key Exciting Responsibilities
- Lead the financial strategy and operations for the Geospatial sector, serving as a key advisor to leadership on major business decisions and macroeconomic impacts.
- Drive the quality and predictability of global forecasts and business reviews, applying qualitative judgment to quantitative data to guide the sector’s growth.
- Spearhead analytics for subscription revenue, focusing on ARR metrics, renewals, and net retention to optimize our SaaS business models.
- Inspire and develop a high-performing global finance team, fostering a culture of excellence in line with Trimble’s core values.
- Enhance organizational scalability by improving processes in revenue recognition, pricing, and digital transformation initiatives.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Extensive experience in finance functions within a global advanced technology solutions business.
- Deep understanding of software and services revenue recognition and US GAAP standards.
- Proven track record in business planning and forecasting for global operations.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in public company FP&A and accounting with 3 years of management experience.
- Expertise in business systems and ERP solutions, particularly Oracle, RevPro, and Domo.

- Experience with recurring revenue services in a combined hardware and software environment.
- Proven success navigating business transitions toward software-centric models and ARR.
- A mindset focused on continuous improvement and serving as a proactive, problem-solving business partner.
