Where Is The Work
Monday to Thursday, work onsite with your colleagues. Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires.What you will do:
- Design user experiences for new and existing digital applications.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, testers, stakeholders, and other UX team members in an agile environment.
- Communicate design decisions, rationale, and best practices to stakeholders at all levels.
- Contribute to design principles, guidelines, and pattern libraries.
- Support and help govern a unified enterprise design system.
- Stay informed on UX trends, research methods, and user preferences.
- Partner with the UX Research team to interpret analytics, conduct usability testing, and support user research.
- Work independently with strong ownership, initiative, and accountability.
- Advocate for design thinking, user‑centered design, and user research within the organization.
- Produce UX deliverables including personas, journey maps, sitemaps, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and style guides.
What you will bring:
- 7+ years of experience in user experience or interactive design for web and mobile applications within an agile environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, or related field.
- Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Axure, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar platforms.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user experience design expertise.
- Ability to work effectively with research partners, design agencies, and implementation vendors.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high‑quality work.

Compensation
