Project Coordination and Cognitive Accessibility Assistant Volunteer
Mission proposed by DSD / Fantas.IA as part of the NEURO IA Bourgogne Franche-Comté project.
Project Context
We are developing an innovative initiative focused on:
- Quality of Work Life (QVCT)
- Neurodiversity
- Ethical Artificial Intelligence (Complexitie®)
The project aims to reduce cognitive overload and support employment retention.
Team Placement
Directly working in a pair with the project coordinator. This role is transversal, bridging:
- Fieldwork (companies / local authorities)
- Organization / Administration
- Human Support
Main Missions

Coordination & Organization
- Planning appointments (companies, partners, beneficiaries)
- Logistical organization of workshops, training sessions, and conferences
- Monitoring agreements and partnerships
- Supporting the structuring of field actions

Stakeholder & Support Monitoring
- Following up with beneficiaries (employees, managers, vulnerable individuals)
- Assisting in organizing support pathways
- Acting as an interface between stakeholders (companies, HR, partners)
- Participating in inclusion actions (neurodiversity, invisible disabilities)

- Administrative follow-up of the project (documents, dashboards)
- Assisting in preparing applications (co-funding, grants)
- Participating in reporting (ESF, partners)

Profile Sought
- Skills: Project management (associative / social economy), coordination or support experience. Interest or knowledge in neurodiversity, invisible disabilities, QVCT / psychosocial risks. Ability to work with atypical profiles.
- Soft Skills (Crucial): Organization and autonomy, adaptability/agility, collaborative spirit, ability to structure complex ideas, strong interpersonal skills.
- Bonus: Multipotential / neuroatypical profile is a significant plus.
