About the role
Team Leader within Mental Health Services
LOCATION: Wrexham
PAY RATES: £16.50 per hour
Shifts: Flexible – days, nights, and weekends available

What You’ll Do
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of support workers.
- Ensure delivery of person-centred care within supported living accommodation.
- Oversee care plans, risk assessments, and compliance with safeguarding standards.
- Promote independence and positive risk-taking for service users.
- Foster a culture of trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For
