Overview
Their Story Is Our Story (TSOS) presents a Virtual Internship opportunity for students or recent graduates interested in nonprofit work, storytelling, policy advocacy, and program development. Interns will collaborate with experienced staff and mentors while contributing to refugee advocacy and narrative projects.

Roles & Areas of Focus
- Advocacy: Conduct research, draft blog/LinkedIn content, and support communications.
- Story Production: Transcribe/edit interviews, curate stories, and assist multimedia projects.
- Program Development: Support executive leadership with research, template building, and partnership strategy.
Key Dates & Meeting Schedule
- Orientation: October 16, 2025, 4:30–5:30 PM MDT
- Weekly Meeting: Thursdays, 4:30–5:30 PM MDT/MST
- Final Meeting: December 4, 2025, 4:30–5:30 PM MST
- Deliverables Due: December 9, 2025
Eligibility & Expectations
Candidates must be 18+ and currently enrolled or recently graduated from higher education. Strong writing, research, and communication skills are required, along with the ability to work virtually and independently. A commitment to confidentiality, cultural sensitivity, and trauma-informed practice is essential.
